Circle of Sky Studio is proud to be part of Portland Open Studios 2019, an annual tour of artists’ studios throughout the Rose City. “Portland Open Studios creates a unique educational opportunity for the public to witness art in the making, and learn about media, materials and the business of creative endeavor,” as the web site says. “Through this interaction, Portland Open Studios creates a platform for local artists to thrive, engage and fosters a community that values the arts.”
The Tour is composed of local artists who apply and are selected through a blind jury process. We’re pleased and proud to be participate again, especially after Circle of Sky’s absence in 2018. The reason? We moved the studio to NE 26th and Everett, in the Kerns neighborhood. Come see us the weekends of Oct. 12-13 and 19-20!
